What is it REDUX?

Right now I'm working on making 3d illustrations. I'm always looking at bright colorful fantastical characters and wishing i could draw them. Since i never draw and work mainly in clay, I'm developing my own version of illustrating. I'm making a series of wonderful characters based off of my wonderful friends.

I haven't really had alot of time for thinking recently. The studio is always a busy and distracting place, but for my next project i'm not really sure where i'm going to go, but i'm considering revisiting the paper art i was looking at earlier this semester.

I am a master chocolate chip cookie maker, so here is my favorite recipe:
3/4cup granulated sugar
3/4cup packed brown sugar
1cup butter or margarine, softened
1egg
2 1/4cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1teaspoon baking soda
1/2teaspoon salt
1cup coarsely chopped nuts
1package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Mix sugars, butter and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
  3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
